Q: How do I know which carts to put out?

A: Every week you should put out your Green Trash Cart, along with either your Blue Recycle Cart or Brown Yard Cart depending on whether you live on the east or west side of town. Please check the collection schedule on the back page.

Q: How do I order a dumpster?

A: If you already have an account set up with the City of Tracy, call Tracy Disposal at 835-0601. We will give you details about dumpster sizes, prices and delivery information.

Q: How do I get my carts and start my service?

A: If you live within the City of Tracy, call 831-6800 and hold for an operator. If you live outside the city limits please call 835-0601.

Q: Where is the nearest dump and what are the prices?

A: The Transfer Station is at 30703 S. MacArthur Dr. in Tracy. It is located about one mile south of Linne Rd. on S. MacArthur Dr., (toward the airport). You can also take Corral Hollow Rd. or Tracy Blvd. heading south to Linne Rd. make a left on Linne Rd. and then a right on S. MacArthur Dr. The dump fees are based on the quantity of material being dumped and range from $11.50 per cubic yard to $59.25 per ton. For more pricing information please call (209) 832-2355
